GUARANTEE
All
of our items are guaranteed authentic and are subject to prior
sale. We stand behind everything we sell so we are proud to offer
a full purchase price refund on any item for any reason if contacted
within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise and the merchandise
is returned to us in the same condition as sent. We retain the
right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
PAYMENT
We
accept Cashiers checks, Money Orders, Major credit cards, Pay
Pal, and Personal Checks. Personal Checks must clear before shipment
is made. Please make checks or money orders out to Pacific
Railroad Antiques.
Credit
card and Pay Pal 'goods and serivces' payments are subject to
3.5% transaction fees added to the item price. Washington State
residents will be charged applicable sales tax.
SHIPPING
- Standard,
fully insured shipping (USPS flat rate, First class or Fed Ex
Ground shipping) is included free of charge on most smaller
items.
- Shipping
charges may apply on special packing, high value, larger, or
heavier items or as otherwise stated. This will be communicated
prior to agreement of sale.

We insure all packages for full purchase price and do not assume
any liability for damage in transit, but will assist to any
reasonable means with claims resolution on damaged items.
- We
generally do not charge extra handling fees unless circumstances
warrant special packaging or other arrangements.
- Any
additional handling charges will be agreed to and paid for at
the time of sale. We use Fed Ex as our preferred carrier on
larger items unless otherwise instructed at the time of sale.
We accept parcels from any carrier.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
- A
flat fee communicated at the time of purchase applies to all
international orders including Canada. The fee will be roughly
equal to the shipping cost minus the average cost of shipping
the item domestically in most cases. The fees will be detailed
before the the order is finalized.

CONSIGNMENT
We
also offer a consignment service if you wish to have us handle
the sale of your items. All consignment items must be shipped
to us for our inspection prior to commencment of sale. Consignment
fees are 15% of the sale
price plus any additional sales fees incurred by us and agreed
to by the consignor prior to incursion of extra fees. Since it
is not our intention to become full-time resellers, we keep our
fees low so you can realize the most potential from your items.
We sell at shows, through direct contact with repeat clientele,
