Silk woven banner given out in 1928 for some sort of band competition. The banner is approximately 6" wide by about 12" long. In fair condition, some of the red banner is fraying and loose. Has some plastic type tape on the back to hold in place. Displays very well despite being a little fragile. Original brass ornaments highlight this fine piece.
